TeamCare - HP Support Desk
TeamUltra is an HP implementation partner based in the UK, but working worldwide. Our services range from initial assessment and process work through implementation, mentoring, training and support.
Our TeamCare Support Desk is a natural extension of the services
we offer clients.
Available via an 0844 number, by Email or through our Web portal, the Support Desk responds to all HP queries and incidents, from bug analysis and reporting, to “How do I?” type queries. Help is also available on new features and functions. This service is backed by HP under the SVIOV programme.
Underpinned with an SLA, our aim is to respond to all calls as quickly and efficiently as possible.
